Please ensure to read and understand the terms and booking conditions before completing a booking form and making payment.
The terms and conditions stated on our website www.safarifairways.com supersede any of those printed on any brochures or promotional material.
No changes to these terms or conditions will be altered unless specifically agreed upon by a director of Safari Fairway Ltd.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
"Tour Operator": The company providing the golf tour services, hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us" and “our”.
"Customer": The individual or group booking a golf tour with the tour operator, hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your" means the person making the booking and the people travelling with you that you have made the booking on behalf of.
"Golf Tour": The planned itinerary, including transport, golf courses, accommodation, and additional services provided.
“Supplier”: means any third party with whom we have an arrangement to provide part of your tour and shall include any hotel operators and/or tour operators. These Terms and Booking Conditions shall form the basis of the contract between us and you and shall apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions whether put forward by you, your group or a third party.
2. Booking and Payment
Pricing: All pricing shown on website or anywhere else including brochures are ‘’From’’ prices.
Booking Process: All bookings must be made in writing (via email or online booking form) and confirmed by the Tour Operator. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have full authority to enter into a contract on the basis of these Terms and Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons booked on/for the tour and you confirm that all such persons shall be made fully aware of, and be deemed to accept these Terms and Booking Conditions.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid 95 days prior to the departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in currency, accommodation costs, or third-party services. We will notify you of any price changes before final payment is due.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations:
If you cancel more than 30 days before the tour, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued.
If you cancel on or within 30 days of the departure, no refund will be provided.
If you wish to transfer a place on your booking to another person (introduced by you), you may do so provided the person to whom you are transferring your place satisfies all conditions which form part of your contract with us. A £100 fee will be applied and the application not made less than 7 days.
Tour Operator Cancellations: In the event the Tour Operator cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), you will be offered a full refund or alternative dates.
Cancellation by Golf Courses or Accommodation: If a golf course or accommodation provider cancels or makes changes, we will endeavour to arrange alternative options for you, but no guarantees can be made.
4. Insurance
Travel Insurance: It is essential that you take out comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and personal liability. We do not check insurance policies and cannot be liable for any expenses incurred as a result of your not having adequate, appropriate or valid insurance cover.
Golf Equipment Insurance: It is also recommended to insure any personal golf equipment you plan to bring on the tour.
5. Responsibilities and Liability
Customer Conduct: You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and golf course rules during the tour. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the group if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate.
Golf Equipment: You are responsible for the care and upkeep of your own golf equipment. If you need to hire equipment, this must be arranged with the Tour Operator prior to departure.
Liability: We will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by activities during the golf tour, except in cases of negligence by the Tour Operator.
Language: We expect all customers to understand and speak in fluent English. This is very important for your well-being. If any guest cannot speak English, we have the right to cancel their activities and holiday. No refunds will be given in this scenario.
6. Group Size and Itinerary
Group Size: The minimum number of participants required for the tour to go ahead is 8. In the event this number is not met, the Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel or modify the tour.
Itinerary Changes: The Tour Operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, golf course availability). We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
7. Special Requests and Dietary Requirements
Any special requests or dietary requirements must be submitted at the time of booking and are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requests but cannot guarantee them.
8. Personal Data
We will process your personal data in accordance with the [GDPR] privacy regulations. By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your data for the purposes of processing your booking and managing your tour experience.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to the jurisdiction of [your country or city] courts.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales
